Smile until it hurts or at least that is the plan!
To achieve this I believe it can take many years of figuring out how to achieve this and naturally nothing lasts forever. Wouldn't it be nice though if we found we had sore cheeks from smiling more days than not? In current times this is way harder to achieve and I find most days this just is not happening right now.
Today the weather was actually mild and a decent bit of sunshine and I have to say it brought my mood right up and it gave me enough of a boost to actually enjoy part of the day and I actually felt the least stressed I have been in aaaaggggges. Spring is a magical time of year, new life all around and way more sore cheeks about.
I try and smile at people as much as possible and by this I mean when I am walking down the street, shopping and school runs etc.. It always amazes me how few people do the same back, and then I think wow are they like this all the time? How hard it must be and more than anything how sad. Like I have said before, how we are and behave effects everyone in our lives. You see history repeating itself with people all the time. Mostly not for the good it would seem.
There seems to be so much anxiety and stress around and then COVID-19 came along. So much sadness and uncertainty everywhere around the world. It seems there is some light at the end of the tunnel now, I hope for all that life will become a bit easier more and more each day. I REALLY hope that most people will have a better outlook on life from now on and find happiness in the simple things and certainly be THRILLED by the awesome things that come their way.
My goal for the rest of this year it too learn to smile until it hurts!
