Achievements
We all like to achieve in our lives so why not scrapbook it all. Not only will it feel great at the time but when you have a down day or just want a reminisce about what you have done it will give you a lift. It like writing a diary with pictures and captions. I have done this with my children's achievements and I thought why not do it for myself. It works so why not give it a try.
Get creative
It is for the taking
Being creative can come in many forms, the key is to find something creative that you will enjoy. I think it is good to try new things or you would never know if you would like it. This is how I discovered my LOVE of sewing, I now sell some of my makes in my Etsy shop. Starting something and finishing it especially something you enjoy gives you a real sense of accomplishment. If you can put a smile on someone else's face then even better. Having a hobby is good for your mental well being for sure, up cycle furniture, arrange some flowers, draw, get out in the garden, decorate or anything that takes your fancy. There are no rules to being creative, the only guarantee is it will give you a sense of achievement.

Now this as we know works. We have heard this for so long and the best thing is it doesn't have to be anything big. It really is the simple things that help make the world go around and be a better place. I helped an elderly gentlemen find his spring onion seeds at the garden centre recently, he was very grateful and I felt good being able to help him out. To top it off it was the last packet so he was even more happy. I say this A LOT but really it is the simple things. So it is SIMPLE get doing your good deeds and get that happy boost of endorphins delivered to your ready and waiting beautiful brain.

I recently saw that a clothing brand I follow do adaptions to their products to help those with disablities.
I am really hoping more and more brands consider doing the same.
